Bay Football Club, commonly known as Bay FC, is a professional women's soccer club founded in April 2023 to represent California's San Francisco Bay Area. The franchise was co-founded by four former United States internationals—Brandi Chastain, Leslie Osborne, Danielle Slaton and Aly Wagner—in partnership with investment firm Sixth Street. The fourteenth club to join the National Women's Soccer League, Bay FC began competitive play in 2024, hosting its home games at PayPal Park in San Jose.
