Hwacheon KSPO
About
Hwacheon KSPO is a South Korean women’s football club based in Hwacheon County, Gangwon Province. Founded in 2011 as Jeonbuk KSPO, the team has represented Hwacheon since 2015 and is operated by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation. The club competes in the WK League, the highest division of women’s football in South Korea, and plays its home matches at Hwacheon Stadium. After establishing itself as a regular contender near the top of the league, Hwacheon KSPO won its first WK League championship in 2025. The club also contributes to the development and visibility of women’s football across South Korea.
