Suwon FMC
About
Suwon FMC, now known as Suwon FC Women, is a South Korean women’s football club based in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province. Founded in 2008 as Suwon Facilities Management Corporation Women’s Football Club, the team has competed in the WK League since the championship’s inaugural season in 2009. The club secured its first national league title in 2010, during its second campaign in the competition. After being incorporated into the Suwon FC structure and renamed in 2022, the team continues to represent the city of Suwon at the highest level of women’s football in South Korea.
