The 1. WFL / 2. WFL Play-Off is the promotion and relegation play-off between the top two tiers of women’s football in North Macedonia. It brings together one club from the 1. WFL and one club from the 2. WFL to decide a place in the national top flight. The match is played at the end of the season, usually as a single game on neutral ground. The winner earns or keeps a place in the 1. WFL, while the loser competes in the 2. WFL the following season.
