The Gauchão Feminino, officially the Campeonato Gaúcho de Futebol Feminino, is the women’s football championship of the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. Organised by the Gaúcha Football Federation, it brings together the state’s leading women’s clubs in the race for the regional title. The competition is played across several stages, beginning with a ranking phase before moving into a final stage featuring the best-performing teams. The qualified clubs advance to the semi-finals and final, with the winner crowned women’s champion of Rio Grande do Sul.
