The Kvalifikacije za popunu Prve HNLŽ are the promotion and relegation play-offs linked to the Croatian Women’s First League. They determine which club earns or keeps a place in the Prva HNLŽ for the following season. The competition is played at the end of the season, usually as a knockout tie. It can involve a club from the Prva HNLŽ and a club from the Druga HNLŽ, with a place in Croatia’s top women’s division at stake.
