The Baraże o ORLEN Ekstraligę Kobiet are the promotion-relegation play-offs between the first and second tiers of women’s football in Poland. They bring together the top-flight team at risk of relegation and a promotion contender from the ORLEN 1. Liga Kobiet. The tie is played over two legs, with the second-tier club hosting the first leg and the Ekstraliga club hosting the return leg. The winner secures a place in Poland’s women’s top division for the following season.
