The Prva HNLŽ, also known as the Croatian Women’s First League, is the top tier of women’s football in Croatia. It brings together the country’s leading women’s clubs in the national championship. The competition begins as a league championship before a final ranking stage, depending on the season regulations. The best teams compete for the Croatian title, while the lower positions are linked to survival or relegation.
